We are now seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dependable Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily operations and coordination across our fast-paced business environment.


About the Role

This is a full-time remote position where you'll work directly with the Director of Nika Consulting Group. You'll act as a vital support system — managing communication, organising priorities, coordinating with internal teams, and occasionally interacting with clients.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining communication flow, and keeping the Director's schedule organised and efficient.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare notes or summaries.
  • Draft and review professional emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate confidently with clients and partners when required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Director.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • Strong confidence, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and high standards.
  • Flexibility to work according to New Zealand business hours (10 AM – 6 PM NZT).
