We are now looking for a VA Personal Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

The Role

You'll work closely with business owners and executives, helping them stay on top of their priorities while handling day-to-day admin, scheduling, and communications. This role also offers opportunities to support marketing tasks, client management, and operational processes depending on your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and appointments for clients
  • Act as the first point of contact for emails, calls, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and documents
  • Assist with work order and project tracking
  • Social Media Admin: manage content calendars, post scheduling, and light design tasks (Canva & CapCut)
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, and team members

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or social media platforms an advantage
  • Proactive, resourceful, and reliable — able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
