Position: Part-Time (Per Booking) Trainer

Role Title: Administrative VA Trainer – Mastering Office & Productivity Support

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate trainer to join our learning community as a Part-Time Trainer (Per Booking Basis). This role is ideal for professionals with real-world Virtual Assistant or administrative support experience who are eager to teach and guide aspiring Administrative VAs.

As a trainer, you will conduct focused training sessions designed to help learners master office management and productivity tools, ensuring they gain practical skills to succeed in remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions (live or recorded) on Administrative VA tasks, including:

  • Email and calendar management

  • File organization and documentation
  • Data entry and database upkeep
  • Online meeting coordination (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
  • Office productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, task/project management apps)
  • Teach essential soft skills: time management, communication, and organization.
  • Prepare practical exercises, case studies, and real-world examples for learners.
  • Assess learners' understanding through quizzes, assignments, or role-play activities.
  • Offer constructive feedback and mentorship to help learners improve.
  • Collaborate with the training team to refine course content and delivery.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative/office support role.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver structured and engaging training content.
  • Prior teaching, coaching, or training experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation
  • Per Booking Basis: Trainers are compensated for each confirmed training session conducted.
