Marketing/Personal Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)
We're seeking a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a business owner with social media management and personal administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Design graphics and posts using Canva.
- Research content ideas aligned with brand voice.
- Engage with followers, reply to messages, and foster online growth.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain a content calendar for consistent posting.
Personal Life Management
- Manage calendar, appointments, and reminders.
- Book travel, accommodations, and personal events.
- Handle online purchases, expense tracking, and returns.
- Organize digital files, documents, and subscriptions.
- Communicate with service providers (e.g., repairs, insurance).
- Support miscellaneous personal tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a VA or in a similar role.
- Skilled in Canva & Slack; familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and professional with high discretion.
Work Details:
- 100% Remote
- Part-time (potential to grow into full-time)
- Flexible hours; must be responsive during agreed-upon windows
- Directly reports to the business owner
