Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal VA with a background in conveyancing, real estate support, or legal administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative and client support processes, assisting with property transactions, and providing reliable virtual support to the legal and real estate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts related to property conveyancing.
  • Coordinate with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of property transactions.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining client records.
  • Conduct property research and manage listings for buyers agent support.
  • Assist with due diligence processes, including title searches and verification of property information.
  • Prepare and send correspondence, settlement documents, and invoices.
  • Provide ongoing client communication and updates regarding case or transaction progress.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all processes.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Legal VA, Conveyancing Assistant, Buyers Agent VA, or Admin VA (real estate or legal field preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and/or property transactions.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, property listing sites).
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and property law.
  • Experience supporting multiple clients in fast-paced environments.
