Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive assistant with personal injury experience to join our team. This role supports the legal team in setting up new personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and maintaining up-to-date records within our legal software system.

Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Php 35,000-41,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 30-min paid break)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding and setup of new personal injury cases
  • Draft and send out initial correspondence to clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
  • Input and maintain case information in our legal software program
  • Organize and manage case documents and records
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders professionally and promptly
  • Support attorneys and case managers with administrative and case-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Experienced working with a U.S.-based personal injury company
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
