We are hiring a Payroll & HR Administrative Assistant to manage payroll processing, employee records, and HR administrative functions for a Canadian cleaning and janitorial company.

This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and experience with payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate bi-weekly payroll
  • Verify employee hours, deductions, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll laws and tax regulations
  • Maintain payroll records and employee files
  • Support onboarding and benefits administration
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Track leave balances, vacation accruals, and sick days
  • Prepare payroll and HR-related reports

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of payroll processing experience (Canada preferred)
  • Familiarity with payroll software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Diploma or certificate in Payroll, HR, or Accounting (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential data

Schedule & Pay:

  • $5.50–$6.00/hour
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT)
  • 40 hours/week, includes 30-minute paid lunch break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
