Work from Home, Philippines OVA Virtual Full time ₱5,500 - ₱60,000 per year

We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to process payroll, manage employee records, and provide HR administrative support for a Canadian cleaning and janitorial company.

This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and knowledge of payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Verify hours worked, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintain payroll records and employee files
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll and tax regulations
  • Track vacation, sick leave, and accruals
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare payroll reports for management
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding and benefits administration

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of payroll processing experience (Canada preferred)
  • Experience with payroll software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Diploma or certificate in Payroll, HR, or Accounting (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

Schedule & Pay:

  • $5.50–$6.00/hour
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT
  • 40 hours/week, with a 30-minute paid lunch break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php54, Php60,000.00 per month
