Work from Home, Philippines OVA Virtual Full time ₱720,000 per year

We are seeking a Bookkeeper with experience in Canadian payroll systems to manage bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting for a Canada-based service company. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work full-time on MST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Xero or similar software
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and process payroll for Canadian employees and contractors
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian tax and labor regulations
  • Organize and maintain digital financial records

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Knowledge of Canadian payroll systems
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work full-time MST schedule

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Familiarity with Canadian compliance and regulations
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

Schedule & Pay:

  • $5.50–$6.00/hour
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST / 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
