About the Role

As a Call Centre Agent at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.', you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City Cebu. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this dynamic role.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
