What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service by handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
  2. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  3. Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  4. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and find effective solutions
  2. A friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in using computer systems and software
  5. A team player with a positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
  6. Prior call centre or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
