About the role

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic call centre team at the VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY' in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls and providing prompt, courteous, and effective assistance
  2. Listening attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and working to resolve them efficiently
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Adhering to call centre policies, procedures, and performance standards

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  5. A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
