What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by handling inbound and outbound calls
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience
  5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  6. Adhere to call centre policies, procedures, and performance standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
  5. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  6. Willingness to work in a 24/7 call centre environment
