What you'll be doing
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by handling inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Adhere to call centre policies, procedures, and performance standards

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 call centre environment
