The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Virtual Process - Customer Service Representative to join our team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

As a Virtual Process - Customer Service Representative, you will be based in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City Cebu and work on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding actions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM and ticketing tools
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
