About the role

As a Call Center Agent with TASK AGENCIES INC', you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients through inbound calls. This is a full-time role based in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City Cebu. You will be the voice of the company, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Resolving customer inquiries, concerns and complaints effectively and efficiently
  3. Providing accurate information to customers and guiding them through processes
  4. Identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  7. Continuously improving customer service skills through training and development

What we're looking for

  1. Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others
  2. Strong communication and active listening abilities
  3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  6. Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a customer service or call center role
