About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic team at CPI Management Services. This full-time position is based in our Mactan Lapu-Lapu City Cebu office. As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
