
HR Administrative Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Human Resources Support
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Process government-mandated requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling timekeeping and attendance data.
- Support the processing of employee benefits and claims.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
Administrative Support
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and suppliers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare, format, file, scan, and manage both physical and digital documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems for HR and administrative records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office needs.
- Manage office supplies inventory and replenish as needed.
- Collect and process documents for notarization and other legal purposes.
- Assist with invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and payment collections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, administrative work, or a related role (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Fluent in both English and Tagalog (can speak both languages well).
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and Philippine labor requirements is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
