
HR & Admin Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings to employee orientation.
- Handle employee relations, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support career development.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records.
2. Administrative Management
- Oversee office operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor management.
- Ensure smooth workflow within HR and Admin departments.
- Manage departmental records, databases, and HR information systems.
- Prepare HR and admin performance reports for management review.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
- Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Manage HR-related projects and administrative initiatives.
- Oversee and manage HR and Admin departmental budgets.
3. Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and supervise the HR and Admin team, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to align HR and admin practices with company goals.
- Drive innovation by analyzing HR and administrative data to identify trends and propose process improvements.
- Implement initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR and administrative management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Willing to work in Muntinlupa City
