Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources Management

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings to employee orientation.
  • Handle employee relations, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support career development.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fairness.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records.

2. Administrative Management

  • Oversee office operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor management.
  • Ensure smooth workflow within HR and Admin departments.
  • Manage departmental records, databases, and HR information systems.
  • Prepare HR and admin performance reports for management review.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Manage HR-related projects and administrative initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage HR and Admin departmental budgets.

3. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and supervise the HR and Admin team, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management to align HR and admin practices with company goals.
  • Drive innovation by analyzing HR and administrative data to identify trends and propose process improvements.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR and administrative management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Willing to work in Muntinlupa City
