What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, maintaining applicant tracking systems and conducting new hire orientation
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining employee records, processing of employee benefits, and generating HR reports
  • Review and processing of administrative cases
  • Respond to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and organize employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive employee information

What we're looking for

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR Assistant or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
