We are looking for an HR & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in all the HR facets, labor code, start-up company, government-mandated benefits, and creating policies and procedures.
  • Experience working in the academic industry is a plus.
  • With leadership experience.
  • With good communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to easily adapt, and with problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City from Monday to Friday, and day shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the company's human resources functions and daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develops and implements HR policies, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement programs.
  • Manages payroll, benefits administration, and labor law compliance.
  • Oversees operational processes, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Coordinates between departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitors performance metrics and implements process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
