Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to join our team as a Generalist. This role will involve implementing and administering HR policies, coordinating various HR activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and other HR operations as required.
  • Assist in organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR Coordination.
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • People person, customer-oriented and very organized.
  • Technical, analytical, self-disciplined and highly motivated.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office software.
