The HR Intern assumes the role of assisting the Human Resource team, which involves the end-to-end Recruitment, and Employee Engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Participate in the recruitment process:
- Sourcing and selecting potential candidates for urgent roles
- Updating and monitoring the Recruitment Masterlist
- Send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their application
- Properly organize and update documents in the recruitment folders
- Assists in other recruitment-related tasks as needed
Employee Engagement
- Assists in creating and facilitating employee engagement activities
- Send announcements and reminders regarding the engagement activities
Qualifications
- A college student enrolled in any Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management course
- A compassionate and collaborative individual
- Has great communication and interpersonal skills; has an approachable personality
- A good problem solver
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using Google suite products
- Minimum required number of hours must be 300 hours
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
