HR Intern supports the Recruitment team by sourcing candidates, conducting resume screenings, updating the resume databank, and ensuring compliance with the Data Privacy Act while maintaining a positive candidate experience. They assist in creating job ads, promoting the company brand, and supporting administrative tasks related to recruitment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Recruitment

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with sourcing candidates to be endorsed to clients
  • Conducts initial assessment of resumes or job applications through paper screening to filter candidates based on predetermined standards
  • Ensures the company's compliance with the Data Privacy Act while protecting the data from spamming and data breaches.
  • Ensures an excellent experience for every candidate; maintains a positive, respectful, and caring attitude with all candidates. Maintains contact with them to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Ensures the Resume Databank is updated on a daily basis. ALL INTERNS are responsible to upload the resume of all source candidates whether Qualified (Q) or Not Qualified(NQ)
  • All sourced resumes must be encoded in the HRP-Resume Databank Monitoring(Excel file) on a daily basis.
  • All approved Job Ads poster must be saved and updated in the HRP - Job Vacancies folder in the shared drive
  • Create Job Ads generic poster.
  • Network and actively promote the company brand and the different services it offers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

II. Training & Development

  • Supports the public webinar conducted by the company from promotion to documentation as needed.
  • Prepare a 30 min Training Demonstration with topic for approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in courses such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related fields
  • Has work tools such as laptop or mobile phone
  • Must be willing to learn
