The HR Intern assumes the role of assisting the Human Resource team, which involves the end-to-end Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Admin of Edusuite.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Participate in the recruitment process:

  • Sourcing and selecting potential candidates for urgent roles

  • Updating and monitoring the Recruitment Masterlist
  • Send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their application
  • Properly organize and update documents in the recruitment folders
  • Assists in other recruitment-related tasks as needed

Employee Engagement

  • Assists in creating and facilitating employee engagement activities
  • Send announcements and reminders regarding the engagement activities

Qualifications

  • A college student enrolled in any Psychology, Business Administration, and Human Resources Management course.
  • A compassionate and collaborative individual
  • Has great communication and interpersonal skills; has an approachable personality
  • A good problem solver
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using Google suite products
  • Minimum required number of hours must be 300 hours
