HR & Admin Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HR and administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, timekeeping, and statutory benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Philippine labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Lead performance management processes, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Supervise administrative support, including office management, supplies, permits, and other company documentation.
- Prepare HR and admin reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and other government requirements.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the HR & Admin department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
