HR & Admin Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily HR and administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records, payroll coordination, timekeeping, and statutory benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Philippine labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management processes, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Supervise administrative support, including office management, supplies, permits, and other company documentation.
  • Prepare HR and admin reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE and other government requirements.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the HR & Admin department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
