Accounts Payable Supervisor (with Expanded High-Level Accounting Responsibilities)
Reports To: Accounts Payable Manager
Department: Finance & Accounting
Location: Hybrid (office-based preferred)
Role Overview:
The Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage client AP functions while also supporting high-level accounting tasks, including reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close. Candidates must have experience in restaurant accounting workflows.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle AP and accounting
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience required
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and Word
- Nice to have: , MarginEdge
- Strong written and verbal communication in English

Employment Details

- Location: Preferably office-based, but open to a flexible setup (office/home hybrid)

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
