Job Description Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible in coordinating all activities related to the accounts payable function within the hotel and ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments.

Support Chief Accountant and Accountant in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable. A suitable candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or any related field. He/she should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Hotel Accounting Systems (e.g., Infor Sun Systems).

He/she should also have an excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Other standard responsibilities

Comply with the company policies

Work within all pre-set budgetary limits

Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department

Motivate and develop team members

Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques
