JOB TITLE; Recruitment Specialist
FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for the organization's recruitment process monitoring and improvement and assesses various recruitment channels and sources, as well as their performance for specific job positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Sourcing of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates
● Understand and analyze overall clients' needs and requirements (job description, salary, expectations, etc.).
● Conducts regular follow-up with candidates.
● Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interview
● Keep tracts for the pre-employment medical examination result in coordination with the HR Health and Safety Section.
● Transact with the bank for the application of ATM payroll of new hired employees.
● Keeps and maintains each employee's 201 file orderly.
● Ensure the compliance of the requirements of the clients and well prepared for different audit procedure.
● Submit weekly recruitment report to the Recruitment Supervisors regarding updated number of closed vacancies, remaining vacancies and projected vacancies.
● Create transmittals for new hired employees' application for BIR – TIN Number and PhilHealth and will endorse to the HR Benefits Section.
OTHERS:
Other functions that be assigned from time to time.
Responsible for good housekeeping and safety in work area.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Political Science, Legal Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, equivalent.
· Preferably 1 year experienced employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent, preferably in manufacturing industry.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
