About the role

As the SENIOR HR Manager at TAI CHI NEWTECH INC.', you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our thriving technology company. Based in the vibrant Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, this is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly growing team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives
  2. Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent
  3. Managing employee relations, including performance management, training, and development
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  5. Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
  6. Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture
  7. Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related challenges

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the technology or consulting industries
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to make informed HR decisions
  5. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  6. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
