About the role
This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Pearson (Educational Account) - HiEd Tech Support, you will be providing technical support and assistance to customers utilising Pearson's educational technology solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for students and educators interacting with Pearson's digital platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues related to Pearson's educational technology products
- Guiding customers through the use of Pearson's digital platforms and features
- Logging and escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Providing feedback to the product development team to help improve Pearson's technology offerings
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Adhering to Pearson's customer service standards and policies
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathise with and assist customers
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms, e-learning tools, and customer support best practices
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of customer inquiries and challenges
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
