About the role

This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Pearson (Educational Account) - HiEd Tech Support, you will be providing technical support and assistance to customers utilising Pearson's educational technology solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for students and educators interacting with Pearson's digital platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues related to Pearson's educational technology products
  2. Guiding customers through the use of Pearson's digital platforms and features
  3. Logging and escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate teams for resolution
  4. Providing feedback to the product development team to help improve Pearson's technology offerings
  5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  6. Adhering to Pearson's customer service standards and policies

  1. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathise with and assist customers
  2. Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  5. Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of customer inquiries and challenges
