Overview

We are looking for a
hands-on Prospecting Research Specialist
to support our team in building a comprehensive prospecting database. This role involves detailed research and data collection on potential Amazon accounts, identifying key contacts, and organizing insights for our sales and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research Amazon accounts, including company size, category, product lines, and other relevant details.
  • Identify the buying committee within target accounts (key decision-makers and stakeholders).
  • Use tools such as
    SmartScout
    to collect data points like monthly revenue and account insights.
  • Utilize
    LinkedIn
    to locate and verify the right contacts.
  • Leverage
    Seamless
    (or similar tools) to populate accurate email addresses and phone numbers.
  • Organize and maintain all collected information in a shared
    Google Sheet/Google Doc
    for internal team access.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in market research, lead generation, or sales operations (Amazon or eCommerce industry experience is a plus).
  • Proficient with research tools such as SmartScout, LinkedIn, and Seamless.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
