About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service - Call Centre role with 525 PRIMERA HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES INC based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Pearson (Educational Account) - HiEd Tech Support agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and customer service to educational institutions using Pearson's digital learning platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and responding to emails and chat messages from customers regarding Pearson's educational technologies
  2. Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through the use of Pearson's digital platforms
  3. Providing product information and education to customers to ensure they get the most out of Pearson's solutions
  4. Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
  5. Continuously learning about new Pearson products and features to better assist customers
  6. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in an education or technology environment
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively understand and address customer needs
  3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  4. Familiarity with learning management systems, educational software, or other digital education platforms
  5. A passion for technology and a desire to help customers succeed with their educational tools
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
