About the role
FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION') is seeking an enthusiastic Education Support Representative to join our team in Cebu City. This full-time role will allow you to play a key part in supporting the success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with education-related inquiries and requests
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers about our educational products and services
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
- Participating in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly address customer needs
- Enthusiasm for the education industry and a desire to support students and families
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn and grow
