These services include both Administrative (accounting and bookkeeping, calendar management, customer service, scheduling, project management, chat inquiries & support, etc.) and Clinical (lab orders, referrals, patient engagement, billing, prior authorizations, eligibility, HCC coding, etc.).

Job Summary:

Ideal Tech Staffing is seeking dedicated, experienced Physicians who specialize in Internal Medicine to join our team as a Professional Support Associate. In this role, you will provide remote clinical support for patients and physicians based in the United States (no direct patient care or telemedicine). You will offer remote administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our medical services, working closely with US-based healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Help US physicians get ahead of the game with pre-visit planning and updating patient charts
• Provide professional support and guidance to junior medical staff, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous medical education and training to stay current with medical advancements and best practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Engage in patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in a relevant medical specialty
• Valid medical license to practice in the Philippines
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a practicing physician
• Strong clinical skills
• Experience with pre-visit planning and updating patient charts
• Excellent communication, English, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting
• Additional certifications or training in English
