Technical Recruiter
to join our growing team. This is a

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for
    IT, Engineering, and other Technical roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver top-quality candidates
  • Source, screen, and shortlist technical professionals using various tools and strategies
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS consistently
  • Support different clients — from global companies

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a
    Technical Recruiter
    (agency, RPO, or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of
    IT and/or Engineering roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Willing to work
    full-time
    and adapt to different
    time zones (local or international)
  • Reliable internet connection and remote-ready setup
