Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in IT or technical hiring (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, data roles, IT support).
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions, core tech stacks, and candidate skill sets to ensure accurate screening and assessment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with strong initiative, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn emerging tech trends and roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow Talent, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Results-driven and proactive in maintaining a strong pipeline of technical talent and meeting recruitment timelines.
