Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support the company's growth and hiring needs. This temporary or gig-based opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a direct impact on our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Outreach:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening & Evaluation:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess technical competencies by leveraging technical assessments and interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the skills and qualifications needed for open roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team dynamics. Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and the overall candidate experience.Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. Guide candidates through the interview process and maintain transparent communication.Promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term growth objectives.Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, posting jobs on relevant platforms, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.Stay informed on industry trends, talent pool insights, and competitor activities to help refine sourcing strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets (e.g., programming languages, software development, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Familiarity with technical interview techniques and assessing technical competencies.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
