Position: Recruitment Specialist (Up to ₱40K)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)

Work setup: Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across various functions within the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, lead structured hiring processes, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience. You will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines, optimizing recruitment strategies, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

In this role, you will:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance, for multiple roles and departments.
  • Partner with CAA to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and interview processes.

Interviewing & Assessment

  • Conduct technical, behavioral, and competency-based interviews.
  • Develop structured interview guides and ensure consistent evaluation standards.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, career sites, employee referrals, and networking.

Recruitment Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Create and implement structured recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Offer Management

  • Lead offer negotiation and closing processes, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and candidate expectations.
  • Collaborate with HR and CAA to finalize compensation packages.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Employer Branding & Events

  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment activities.
  • Promote the organization's values and culture to attract high-quality talent.

We're Looking for Someone Who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including technical and competency-based evaluation.
  • Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, processes, and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, account managers and clients for some purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
