About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can help us attract and hire top talent to support our growing BPO operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruitment experience in the BPO industry, a keen eye for talent, and the drive to meet hiring deadlines while delivering quality endorsements every time.

What You'll Do
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to job offers.
  • Source qualified candidates through different channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure strong alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Meet recruitment targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Regularly update reports and trackers to monitor progress and results.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a BPO setting (end-to-end recruitment).
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms commonly used in the Philippines (JobStreet, Mynimo, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for people.
