The
Talent Sourcing Specialist
is responsible for building and maintaining high-quality pipelines of healthcare professionals, including physicians (MD/DO) and advanced practice providers (NP, PA, CRNA, CNM, etc.) for both locum tenens and permanent placements. The role partners closely with recruiters to deliver compliant, high-volume candidate flow, optimize response rates, and reduce time-to-fill.

Job Description


• Source healthcare providers (MD/DO and APP) by specialty and location using LinkedIn, DocCafe, Definitive Healthcare, referrals, and CRM/ATS tools.


• Build and maintain specialty- and state-specific talent pools, including IMLC-licensed and ready-now candidates.


• Run multi-channel outreach (email, text, phone) to attract qualified candidates and meet 48–72-hour time-to-submit goals.


• Screen candidates for availability, licensure, certifications (e.g., DEA, BLS, ACLS), EHR experience, and compensation or relocation preferences.


• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure candidate readiness and alignment with job requirements.


• Maintain complete and accurate candidate records, outreach logs, and pipeline updates in the ATS/CRM.


• Track sourcing performance metrics, response rates, and conversion results.


• Uphold HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance while representing the company brand professionally.


• Achieve weekly sourcing targets (150–200 outreach attempts, 20–25 live screens, 10–12 qualified submittals) and maintain 100% CRM accuracy.

Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sourcing or recruiting.


• At least two (2) years of experience working in a sourcing or talent acquisition role.


• Experience using ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, DocCafe, major healthcare boards).


• Familiarity with physician and APP specialties, credentialing, and privileging processes.
