We're expanding our commercial loan portfolio and are looking for a motivated outbound sales caller to create new opportunities for our BDMs. Our clients include brokers, borrowers, developers, and professional introducers. Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time outbound sales caller to serve as the first point of contact with potential clients. This is a sales-focused role (not a virtual assistant position) that requires confidence in starting conversations, sparking interest, and connecting prospects with our BDMs. Using our internal database, you will proactively reach out to prospects, uncover opportunities, and arrange meetings for our BDMs to build on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to brokers, borrowers, developers, and introducers.
  • Lead engaging and consultative conversations to identify prospect needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and meetings.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings directly for BDMs.
  • Consistently meet activity and meeting-booking targets.
  • Provide weekly reports on performance and results.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B or financial services preferred).
  • Personable, confident, and able to establish rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable discussing commercial lending products and concepts.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and provide regular feedback and updates.

Engagement Details

  • Pilot Program: 6 months, with potential for permanent placement depending on performance.
  • Performance Metrics: Meetings booked for BDMs and conversion rates to settlements.
  • Future Opportunities: High performers may advance to a Business Development Associate role with performance-based bonuses after the pilot program.
