About the role

We're hiring professional, motivated Appointment Setters to engage prospects, share helpful insights, and book qualified meetings for active client accounts. This isn't pushy hard selling. Prior sales experience helps you guide conversations, understand client needs, and hand off high-quality appointments.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists
  • Clearly introduce our products/services and answer basic questions
  • Collect and confirm lead details (name, email, phone)
  • Enter accurate information into the CRM and keep call outcomes updated
  • Coordinate with the sales team by setting qualified appointments
  • Track daily progress and hit simple activity targets

What you'll bring

  • Strong English communication and a professional phone presence
  • Friendly rapport-building and the ability to keep conversations engaging
  • Organized and detail-oriented; double-checks info before saving
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls
  • Nice to have: experience in sales or appointment setting

Schedule & location

  • 30 hours per week
  • Time zone depends on client assignment (you'll follow the assigned shift)
  • Fully remote — Philippines only

BYOD (bring your own device) with stable internet + backup (device & connection)

Pay: 4USD/hour

Job Type: Part-time
