Position Overview
The Sales Appointment Setter plays a key role in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for the Sales Team. This role ensures that prospects are properly engaged and pre-qualified, serving as the first touchpoint in the client acquisition journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for closers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture them until they are ready for a sales call.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly quotas for outreach and booked appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with performance-based targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
