We are a trusted auto dealership and service center specializing in buying, selling, and servicing vehicles. Our team prides itself on delivering excellent customer experiences, reliable service, and expert automotive support. We are now seeking a motivated Appointment Setter with a background in sales or automotive to help us connect with more potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send messages to prospective customers, focusing on individuals with a subprime credit score profile.
  • Set and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and service team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-ups.
  • Consistently meet daily/weekly call and appointment goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting or sales (automotive industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Goal-driven and comfortable working with performance targets.
  • Ability to work full-time (8 hours/day) on EST schedule.
