About the client:

Our client provides trusted financial services specializing in life insurance and securities, helping families and individuals secure their future and achieve their financial goals. They are seeking a skilled appointment setter to support outreach and drive qualified meetings for their sales team.

Role Overview:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to prospects across multiple lead types, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to generate interest in financial solutions. The role will begin on a trial basis (2 hours/day, Monday–Friday), with the potential to expand based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients from provided lead lists, including:
  • New parents who recently had a child
  • Homeowners
  • Individuals looking to start a new business
  • Introduce financial services (life insurance and securities) and highlight their value.
  • Set and confirm qualified appointments with the sales team, ensuring a high show-up rate.
  • Conduct calls anytime of the day, as advised by the managing Manager, to maximize contact opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the provided spreadsheet.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates on outreach activity and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting or cold calling, preferably in financial services, insurance, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented and resilient, with the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and tracking abilities.
  • Must have own means of communication (phone/VoIP).
  • Familiarity with financial services (life insurance, securities) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10,000.00 per month
