We're looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Appointment Setter to help us connect with businesses across Australia. If you have a proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting, thrive on hitting targets, and know how to get through to decision-makers, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls (cold, warm, and follow-ups) to businesses in Australia.
  • Prospect and generate high-quality leads that convert into appointments.
  • Work with both supplied leads and self-generated leads through online research (Google, maps, directories).
  • Book qualified appointments with business owners or senior decision-makers for our sales team.
  • Record lead details and call outcomes accurately in spreadsheets.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years proven experience in outbound calling and appointment setting (with KPIs).
  • Strong track record of generating quality leads that result in sales.
  • Direct experience speaking with business owners or senior decision-makers.
  • Highly resilient and persistent — comfortable with high call volumes and frequent rejection.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with a confident, persuasive phone manner.
  • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH time (aligned with Australian business hours).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Proven success hitting daily call and appointment targets.
  • Experience running B2B outbound campaigns.
  • Comfortable following a script while keeping a natural, engaging tone.
