
Full-Time Appointment Setter

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. You'll call businesses across Australia, engage decision-makers, book qualified meetings for our sales team, and keep CRM records up to date.
This role is all about results — if you enjoy connecting with decision-makers, setting appointments, owning your follow-ups, and meeting targets, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls (cold, warm, and soft) to businesses across all Australian states and cities.
- Prospect and generate qualified leads that convert into sales appointments.
- Engage decision-makers (owners, C-level, heads of department) and secure time-bound demo appointments.
- Conduct online research to identify potential clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM/spreadsheet records (log calls, update lead status, set follow-ups, confirm show-ups).
- Follow up with past and current clients to re-establish connections.
- Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed appointment targets.
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years' proven experience in appointment setting and cold calling.
- Track record of generating quality leads that result in sales.
- Experience speaking directly with business decision-makers.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive).
Bonus / Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience running outbound campaigns across multiple industries.
- Proven success in re-engaging lapsed or dormant clients.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time (Aligned with Australian Business Hours).
- Php 35,000/month base + commissions (structure TBC).
- We value ownership over micromanagement — deliver a strong shift within AU business hours.
- Ideally the work set up is in the office-based in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines (Exceptional candidates may be considered for remote / work from home)
