Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to generate leads and book appointments for our cleaning and medical waste disposal services. This role is part-time and primarily focused on cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up communication to secure site inspections for quoting jobs. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to potential clients across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Send introductory emails, follow-ups, and booking confirmations.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for on-site inspection and quoting.
Maintain records of calls, responses, and booked meetings in CRM or spreadsheet tools.
Follow up with warm leads to progress conversations and overcome objections.
Assist with light admin tasks such as data entry, updating contact records, or sending documents.
Report daily on outreach progress, lead status, and booked appointments.
Requirements
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
Clear and professional spoken English with excellent phone manner.
Strong written communication skills for email follow-ups and scheduling.
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.
Based in the Philippines, available full-time during Australian business hours.
Confident using online tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Desirable
Experience working in a cleaning, waste management, or healthcare-related industry.
Previous work in lead generation for B2B services.
Familiarity with medical or regulated waste compliance (advantageous but not required).
Comfortable using call scripts and refining messaging based on lead feedback.
Software Proficiency
Communication: Zoom, Google Meet, Outlook, or Gmail
CRM / Lead Tracking: Google Sheets, HubSpot, or equivalent
Productivity: Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Dialling Tools: VOIP or softphone platforms (e.g., Aircall, RingCentral, etc.)
Personal Attributes
Confident Communicator: Comfortable initiating contact and handling objections.
Self-Motivated: Drives performance and takes initiative to achieve targets.
Organised: Keeps accurate records and manages tasks efficiently.
Professional: Represents the company with care and integrity.
Persistent: Follows through on leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
