About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to connect with prospects and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll handle outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate interest and ensure the sales pipeline stays active.

If you're confident, articulate, and enjoy speaking with people, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and keep them engaged.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients is a plus.
