About the role
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Ian Smart Energy Corp'. In this full-time position based in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our customer service operations. As a customer-centric leader, you will be responsible for driving exceptional service delivery and fostering a positive work environment for your team.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coach a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service and prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Monitor and analyse team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline customer service operations and increase efficiency
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to your team, addressing escalated customer concerns and resolving complex issues
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, encouraging team morale and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service strategies with the overall business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service best practices
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a customer service supervisory or team lead role, preferably in the call centre or energy industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
- Familiarity with customer service best practices, industry regulations, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
